Download CurseForge and create a custom profile and import this modpack into it: DOWNLOAD and install using the Curseforge launcher to play from there.

Note: Optifine 1.17.1 OptiFine HD U G9 not currently supported by Forge and will crash game.

Treat others with respect.

There’s no need to say or do things to make others feel bad or upset. Trolling, generally defined as provoking a person/situation to get a response, is also not allowed. This rule also encompasses intentionally trying to kill users in non-PvP zones (basically everywhere but in a PvP arena, the End/Nether) which is not allowed.

Offensive content is not allowed.

While some minor amount of swearing is allowed, severe or frequent vulgarity, especially when directed at others, is not. Offensive item/mob names, skins, minecraft structures and usernames are not allowed, and you are required to change or remove any if asked by a staff member.

Keep chat family friendly.

Chat should be family friendly. This means certain subjects are not allowed in chat. These include, but are not limited to, discussions about race, sex, politics, religion or drugs. If a staff member asks you to move a conversation elsewhere or drop one, you should do so. There are VTubers of all levels of Seiso to Lewd so be respectful of their boundaries by keeping it clean.

Advertising is not allowed.

Advertising other Minecraft servers or websites is strictly banned. You may however advertise your YouTube channels, Twitch streams, or anything else if you are streaming on the server

Allow moderators to do their jobs.

You may not attempt to do a moderator’s job in threatening to punish players for breaking the rules. You are not allowed to argue against any decision made by a staff member regarding enforcement of the rules in any public channel. If you do disagree, please contact that staff member privately to resolve the issue.

Spamming is not allowed.

Spamming is filling chat with multiple unneeded characters or messages. Don't do it.

This rule also applies to spamming commands that don't necessarily show up in chat (whether it be manually or via powertool) or shouting, other chat functions or purchasing lottery tickets to the extent of making chat hard to read.

Cheating is not tolerated.

Cheating in any form is not allowed. Anything that is considered to give you an unfair advantage over other players is considered cheating. This can include but is not limited to client mods to generate items/money easier or faster than otherwise possible, abusing server bugs or using alts/friends to gain more than you would normally gain on a single account. Generating money/items or other assets while AFK is also not allowed.

Trading For Real Items

Transactions to buy or sell in-game items for real money or other external products are not allowed. This includes minecraft accounts!

Griefing is not allowed.

Griefing is considered destroying or changing another player’s property or buildings without their consent in any protected area. Don’t do it.

Do not scam other players, or try to.

Scamming is taking money, items, work, or anything else of value from another player dishonestly. This includes teleporting people into PvP areas without their consent.

Step 1: Download Minecraft Forge installer for the Matching Version of the Server (1.17.1 in this case for the time being) and the Mod pack (rar file).

Step 2: Run the newly downloaded Forge Installer by double clicking on it in your downloads folder or wherever it downloaded to and install CLIENT version in the default directory. (Be sure you have run vanilla Minecraft of the same version before on that computer or you may get an error. If you do, simply run regular Minecraft in that version once, close it and try installing the Forge client again).

Step 3: Open your Minecraft launcher Java Edition and go to Installations Tab on the top of the screen. (As seen in the image)

Step 4 (OPTIONAL): Look for the new Forge Installation Profile and click the [...] next to it and select Edit > More Options > JVM Arguments. Under JVM Arguments there should be -Xmx2G. Depending on how much RAM your PC has installed in it, you can change this number to increase the amount of RAM that is used for Minecraft. In my case I have over 12 GB of ram so I can allocate 8GB (Recommended) to Minecraft. To do so simply change -Xmx2G to -Xmx8G then click SAVE. (Note: If you have 8GB only, allocate 4GB)

Step 5: Run the new Forge Profile by selecting the Forge Profile on the launcher (Shown highlighted in red on the image here) and press Play. Once the Main Menu pops up, close Minecraft as its time to install the mods!

Step 6: Go to your Microsoft Search bar in the bottom left corner of your screen and type %appdata% and open that folder. There should be a .minecraft folder so open that and there will be a mods folder.

Step 7: Open the Mods.rar folder that you downloaded earlier and drag the .jar files (These are your mods) into the Mods folder you just located. Once they are in there your mods will be ready!

Step 8: Close everything and Open the Minecraft Launcher then run Minecraft Forge. From the main menu go to Multiplayer and type in the Address for the Spooky Crew's Server and you should be ready to play. Upon joining you will be asked to download a custom resource pack. Do so and you will be able to see all the cool custom models we have on the server!
